Senior Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst located in our Warrendale, PA location.
What You’ll Do
The Business Systems Analyst works with the business and information technology staff, performing analysis, requirements elicitation, specifications development, documentation, technical writing, communications, and testing as required. Responsible for maintaining existing systems and associated responsibilities, establishing new system requirements, documentation and test plans.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience required; Master’s degree in Information Technology Business field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years business systems analysis experience required, which includes: proficiency with business analysis methodologies, such as requirements elicitation and documentation
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience required; subject matter expertise in Cyber Security and related Cyber technologies / applications preferred
- Proficiency in understanding business needs and practices for information security required
- Knowledge of database-oriented analysis tools and techniques, especially SQL, is preferred
