Based within our Global Investing Operations (GIO) team, the Manager Middle Office Integration manages projects for GIO account onboarding and account lifecycle events for various business lines including mutual funds, institutional separate accounts, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This position has close interactions with other departments within the firm while managing various projects and project metrics.

Position Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required
• Minimum of 5 years of financial services experience required
• Advanced knowledge of middle office operations functions, and experience with financial service software, e.g. IBORs trading applications, required
• Project management and technical auditing experience or experience with project and resource planning systems preferred
• Experience auditing logical access controls preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deal with internal clients and adverse situations
• Demonstrate organizational, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively
