🔑 Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Campaign Management
- Build and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns—from initial strategy to optimization.
- Maintain, grow, and renew client accounts through consultative relationship-building.
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers to ensure smooth execution and performance.
Business Development
- Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed revenue goals by identifying opportunities and managing strategic accounts.
- Utilize lead databases and marketing initiatives to grow your pipeline.
Strategic Consultation
- Act as a trusted advisor offering insights on trends, performance metrics, and best practices.
- Guide clients in understanding conversions, ROI, and campaign success through reporting.
- Troubleshoot challenges and ideate innovative marketing solutions.
- Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching for continuous development.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Proven success in digital sales, especially in competitive markets.
- Strong knowledge of needs-based selling methodologies.
- Experience selling SEM, programmatic display, video/OTT/CTV, and social media management services.
- Understanding of content marketing and social strategy.
- Familiarity with digital reporting, analytics, and conversion tracking.
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- CRM experience required.
- Ability to interpret digital analytics and reporting tools.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and insights.
