As a Digital Marketing Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted partner for new and existing clients—leading strategic conversations, developing full-funnel digital campaigns, and representing our robust suite of digital solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams while driving measurable results for the organizations you support.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Campaign Management

  • Build and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns—from initial strategy to optimization.
  • Maintain, grow, and renew client accounts through consultative relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers to ensure smooth execution and performance.

Business Development

  • Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, outreach, and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals by identifying opportunities and managing strategic accounts.
  • Utilize lead databases and marketing initiatives to grow your pipeline.

Strategic Consultation

  • Act as a trusted advisor offering insights on trends, performance metrics, and best practices.
  • Guide clients in understanding conversions, ROI, and campaign success through reporting.
  • Troubleshoot challenges and ideate innovative marketing solutions.
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching for continuous development.


🎓 Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • Proven success in digital sales, especially in competitive markets.
  • Strong knowledge of needs-based selling methodologies.
  • Experience selling SEM, programmatic display, video/OTT/CTV, and social media management services.
  • Understanding of content marketing and social strategy.
  • Familiarity with digital reporting, analytics, and conversion tracking.

Technical Proficiency

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • CRM experience required.
  • Ability to interpret digital analytics and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and insights.
