Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Lead an Innovative Rehabilitation Program

treatment sessions in a cash-based environment, allowing clinicians to
focus on outcomes rather than insurance limitations. The ideal candidate

program from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line.
- Evaluate
and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic techniques, manual
therapy, therapeutic exercise, and return-to-activity programming.
- Help establish clinical protocols and best practices for regenerative therapies,
including shockwave treatment, while contributing to future program
growth.
- Mentor support staff and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Build relationships within the community through educational events, networking, and referral development.
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation with minimal administrative burden.

Schedule
- Full-time
preferred (4–5 days per week). Some flexibility is available for the
right candidate, with occasional evening or weekend community events.
Must Have
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Current Iowa Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Experience treating orthopedic conditions with confidence in return-to-activity or return-to-sport rehabilitation.
- Interest in regenerative therapies such as shockwave treatment; training will be provided.
