Location: Western State Hospital – 2400 Russellville Road, Hopkinsville, KY
Pay: $28–$30 per hour
Schedule
- Full-time
- Set shifts—no rotating on-call

What You’ll Do
- Give medications and help with daily care routines
- Support patients during admissions and discharges
- Help teach patients and families about care needs
- Watch for changes in patient behavior and report to the RN or doctor
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Work as part of a kind, experienced team focused on recovery and well-being
- Talk with families and help them understand their loved one’s care
- Take on other nursing tasks as assigned by an RN
What You’ll Need
- Current, active LPN license in Kentucky
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to meet all facility onboarding and clearance requirements
- A desire to help people heal and recover
