Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections at various stations to ensure compliance with standards and prevent defects
- Record and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicate results to department leads and participate in team problem-solving sessions
- Report potential defect causes to the Quality Manager
- Assist with warranty duties, including resolving customer claims
- Maintain up-to-date training in Warranty and Layout
Requirements:
- Process experience in welding, painting, and/or installation required
- Basic computer experience required
- Quality experience preferred
- Ability to use various inspection devices and perform calibrations
- Manual transmission driving skills required
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime and weekends
