We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team on 2nd or overnight, 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with first-run products and perform frequent inspections, recording and documentation throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are consistently met. This role involves identifying and troubleshooting quality issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with Manufacturing and Quality Assurance teams. Candidates should have knowledge of ISO requirements, experience writing ISO-compliant procedures, and proficiency with metrology tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct inline inspections and routine final product checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Utilize metrology devices such as calipers, gage pins, micrometers, and vision systems to verify and document product quality.

· Collaborate with Manufacturing Management to ensure adherence to manufacturing and quality assurance protocols.

· Participate in establishing and updating quality specifications and performance standards.

· Help conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and product rejections, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

· Recommend process improvements based on inspection data and audit results.

· Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

· Perform other assignments as requested by Plant Leadership.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Working knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 standards and certification processes

· Experience maintaining standard operating procedures and quality processes for ISO compliance.

· Proficiency in using metrology equipment such as calipers, gage pins, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document procedures and present quality findings.

· Effective problem-solving

· Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

· Time management, and organizational skills.

· High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Salary: $21–$27 per hour, based on experience
