**Job Description:**
Join our team as a dedicated Floor Care Technician, where you will play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and have an eye for detail. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our facilities remain spotless and welcoming for all who use them.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Must be able to Scrub, Strip, Wax and Buff floors with floor machines & proper equipment.
- Shampoo carpets with floor machines.
- Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate any challenges encountered during the shift.
**Qualifications:**
- Must have a driver license to load and offload supplies (company vehicle is used for this)
-Must be able to pass a background check.
-Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks.
- Must be able to complete assigned cleaning tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- The ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
Shift Availability:
2:30pm-7:00pm
Monday-Friday (sometimes weekend)
20-25hrs weekly
