- Leads design, integration, and strategic planning for CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms, ensuring new capabilities and deployment processes are efficiently automated.
- Evaluates industry trends and contributes to technical design recommendations that advance Bank efficiency and modernization initiatives.
- Maintains CI/CD tools, platforms, and related technical documentation to ensure secure, reliable deployment and automation practices.
- Ensures compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations to support safe and sound business operations.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing, building, and deploying software—using tools like GitHub Actions
- Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems like Cloud Watch, Datadog
- Ensure system security and compliance with practices like vulnerability scanning, SAST, and DAST
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular
- Develop backend services and APIs in Java
- Able to work with both SQL (E.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (E.g., MongoDB) databases
- Design and consume REST APIs and integrate authentication/authorization layer
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field
- Five years of technical IT experience with at least two years of experience in Full Stack developer and/or DevOps, CI/CD engineer, automation or similar job function

- Security & Compliance: GitHub Advanced Security, Chekov, CodeQL, AWS Secrets Manager, SOX‑oriented workflows, API secret‑rotation processes
