What You’ll Experience
As a Business Intelligence Intern at FHLBank, you’ll:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making and operational improvements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Utilize SQL and data visualization techniques to support data-driven initiatives
- Apply strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across teams and present analytical results effectively
- Contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study
- Gain exposure to the finance and banking industry
- Participate in team-building activities, a group project, a community service event, and professional development sessions (including dining etiquette!)
We’re seeking students who:
- Have completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate studies
- Are majoring in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Data Science
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Work well independently and in team settings
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to solve problems
- 10-week paid internship: Monday, June 1 to Friday, August 7
- Flexible hybrid workforce model: Onsite three days a week and two days remote.
