What You’ll Experience
As a Product Delivery intern at FHLBank, you’ll:
- Support the Product Delivery Team in executing processes and procedures, while identifying opportunities for streamlining and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating project-related meetings, including scrum ceremonies and other Product Delivery sessions.
- Contribute to IT-focused projects by collaborating with cross-functional departments and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Apply strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across teams and present analytical results effectively
- Contribute to meaningful technology initiatives that align with your field of study and help drive business outcomes
- Gain exposure to the finance and banking industry while learning how technology supports business operations
- Participate in team-building activities, a group project, a community service event, and professional development sessions (including dining etiquette!)
We’re seeking students who:
- Have completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate studies. Graduate students encouraged to apply!
- Are majoring in Project Management, Operations Management or Business Management
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Work well independently and in team settings
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to solve problems
- 10-week paid internship: Monday, June 1 to Friday, August 7
- Flexible hybrid workforce model: Onsite three days a week and two days remote.
