Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Lending Representative to join our team on-site in Irvine, CA. Responsibilities include assisting clients throughout the lending process, addressing and resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear and effective communication. The role also entails delivering exceptional customer service, educating clients about lending options, and supporting their financial decisions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in problem-solving and a client-focused approach
- Relevant experience in the lending, financial, or customer service industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or customer service are an asset
