What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT position at Federal Express Corporation?
Tuesday - Saturday Tuesday - Friday hours 8am-5pm Saturday hours 7am - 5pm
Job Duties
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age, consistently lift 50 pounds, High School / GED Diploma, Must successfully complete a Federal Drug screen and background check.
