Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Three (3) years related business experience including two (2) years experience in customer service, shipment recovery/research or a warehouse/distribution environment.
Demonstrated experience in either customer service systems, warehousing, shipment research, or claims processing. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Ability to handle fast paced environment, stressful customer situations and work variable shifts. Strong basic management, analytical, human relations, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
