What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intl Import Cage Agent position at Federal Express Corporation?
Job Duties
Ensures perfect custodial control of all import caged shipments, including handling, information updating, and secured storage until proper clearance is performed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
None
Minimum Experience
Six (6) months international transportation experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training. Ability to lift 50 lbs and to maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance of another person. Experience with customer service, cosmos, selct, accs and cage computer systems required. Effectively communicate verbally in a time sensitive manner in noisy operations environment.
Job Conditions
Non-covered safety sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Additional Details: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm, Sat 10:00am - 8:00pm, Sun & 1 other day off TBD. Must pass a federal background check and drug test.
