Initiates and monitors the performance of all outside service agreements
Essential Functions
Initiates and monitors the performance of all outside service agreements (havoc, general construction, lawn care, janitorial) utilized by the facilities maintenance department.
Acquires project responsibility that require significant breath and ability and manages until the project’s culmination.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, real estate, property management or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years experience in contract administration for either lease agreements or construction contracts and documented experience with Microsoft suite of applications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical, human relations and communications skills required.
