Business Product Analyst Intern (Summer 2026)

As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.

Essential Functions

• Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.

• Participates in various networking and/or community service events.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summer 2026 Internship - Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 10-week program, June 8th - August 14th. Resume should include information: email address, telephone number, name of college/university, degree, major, GPA, date of intended graduation (month & year).

Immigration - Immigration sponsorship is not available for intern positions. Sponsorship may be available for full-time, exempt positions, depending on the specific role and federal regulations. Note, sponsorship is never guaranteed under any circumstances.

Minimum Education

Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Degree: Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Business Analytics, Management, Finance, Economics, Information Security/Science/Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or other related major.

Minimum Experience

No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as a part of a team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.

Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management.

Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Product Owner support, Feature to Story Decomposition, Business/System Analysis, Data Analysis, Design Thinking, SQL, Power BI, and writing and communication skills. Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and refining business rules, translating them into features, user stories, and testing considerations to help development teams deliver solutions that support revenue-generating business operations.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduate students. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an on-site or hybrid internship or co-op experience.

Salary : $25 - $30
