What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate - Sr Paralegal (multi-level) position at Federal Express Corporation?
To provide assistance to the legal staff in carrying out the corporate legal mandates. Assures the day to day flow of documents and Information, develops and administers control systems and procedures for corporate use in monitoring legal activities.
Knowledge And Skills Considered a Plus
Domicile Location: Memphis, Tn

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with major in paralegal studies or Associate's Degree in paralegal studies or Bachelor's Degree/equivalent and paralegal certification from an A.B.A. accredited institution.
Four (4) years paralegal experience.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Strong organization, human relations and communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Contract negotiation & contract redlining, EPRS System experience, managing case load/work, interaction with sales, at all levels, communication skills, ability to learn systems and processes
Pay Transparency: Associate Paralegal: $16.82 - $33.67 | Paralegal: $20.22 - $40.44 | Sr. Paralegal: $26.12 - $52.24

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
