This position is located in the Office of Enforcement, which serves the public interest by ensuring effective regulations and protecting customers through understanding markets and their regulation, timely identifying and remedying market problems, assuring compliance with Commission rules and regulations, and detecting and crafting remedies to address market manipulation and other non-compliance issue

s.As an Economist, some of your typical work assignments may includ

  • e:Presenting findings and recommendations of analytical reports, presentations and documents orall
  • y.Preparing written analytical reports, documentations, and presentations with findings and recommendation
  • s.Researching the intricacies of physical energy markets and energy trading in the context of market rule
