Position Overview:
As a Working Plumbing Foreman, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a productive, safe, and professional job site. All of our foremen are hands-on leaders, capable of managing their crew and delivering top-quality results from underground rough-ins to top-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your crew with a focus on safety and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints; design and lay out plumbing systems
- Oversee prefabrication and manage all phases of project plumbing
- Perform site assessments before starting work to ensure readiness
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets all standards
- Communicate clearly with project managers and other trades
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years as a foreman
- Strong background in new commercial construction projects
- Skilled in layout, system design, and leading a crew
- Familiarity with ProCore
- Clean, valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Must own hand tools
