Headquartered in Medina County, we are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team of high performers.
What You’ll Do:
· Utilize a thorough understanding of project scope to evaluate bid specifications and prepare accurate, competitive bid packages.
· Perform detailed take-offs, aggressively soliciting subcontractor and supplier pricing, and estimating labor costs.
· Collaborate closely with field supervisors to support projects from bid award through successful completion.
· Manage specification and bid document compliance, contract negotiation and administration, project budgets, resource scheduling, change orders, and issue resolution.
What You’ll Need:
· Experience with sewer and water main installation, mass earthwork, stabilization, paving, and similar scopes of work.
· Working knowledge of the full bidding process, including take-offs, material and subcontractor pricing, labor estimating, and bid preparation.
· Proven experience working with both public and private entities, including ODOT projects.
· Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, resolve complex issues, and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively discuss project status, schedules, billing inquiries, and unforeseen issues with clients.
· Experience performing project closeout reviews, including cost analysis and profitability assessment.
· Strong organizational, documentation, computer, and communication skills.
· General office knowledge with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Degree in Engineering or Construction and/or significant practical field experience (10 years preferred).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
