Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Office Manager / Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to maintaining an efficient and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a professional, efficient environment
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for consultants and staff
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain organized records, files, and client documentation (digital and physical)
- Prepare and process billing, invoices, and correspondence
- Support tax consultants and bookkeepers with document tracking and scheduling
- Maintain and update databases, client lists, and administrative records
- Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up accounts in company systems
- Track Preventative Maintenance and call logs accurately
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
✅ 1–2 years of experience in office administration, office management, or administrative support
✅ High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
