FLOORING INSTALLER
Feature Flooring, Inc. | Edgewood, MD
Looking to get into the trades and build a real career? We’re hiring a Flooring Installer to join our team. No experience? No problem. We’ll train the right person who’s ready to work.
What You’ll Do:
- Mix and prepare flooring materials
- Load and unload trucks and job materials
- Keep tools, trucks, and warehouse clean and organized
- Assist on commercial and residential job sites
- Run local errands as needed
- Rotate driving duties to job sites
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and ready to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable with changing hours (including nights, weekends, and frequent travel)
- Able to lift 70 lbs and handle physically demanding work
- Construction or flooring experience is a plus, not required
- Epoxy or resinous flooring may qualify you for accelerated advancement
Driver Requirements (For All Positions – Non-Negotiable):
- Must be 21 years old
- Must have a valid Maryland driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record
- No learner’s permit or provisional licenses

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
