Role Overview
As our Front Desk Support Staff, you are the face of FeatherFlight Badminton. You will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Warm Welcomes: Greet and check in guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Booking Management: Manage court bookings, reschedules, and cancellations using our digital scheduling software (don't worry, we'll fully train you!).
- Racket Stringing: Learn the art of professional racket stringing! We will teach you the trade so you can assist our players with their gear.
- Active Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and social media DMs promptly and professionally.
- Transactions & Retail: Process court rentals, memberships, and retail sales accurately through our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Club Pride & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby, retail area, and court environment.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
