Responsibilities:
- Resolve and manage HR conflicts.
- Build company HR docs including handbooks and standard procedures.
- Manage legal compliance working with our legal team.
- Manage accounting practices and reports with our accounting team.
- Ensure and manage business compliance.
- Payroll management.
- Workplace compliance and enforcement.
- Project management/Executive assistant work.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Business (MBA preferred).
- Knowledge of C-Corp compliance requirements.
- Extremely organized.
- Accounting knowledge/excel.
- Project management and organization.
- Leadership and communication.
