What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Feather Falls Casino & Lodge?
This position is responsible for overseeing the buffet food line, carving meat, and assisting with the Mongolian Grill.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Carefully carve meat
- Replenish foods on the buffet serving stations
- Order items needed to replenish supplies
- Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment; clean glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment.
- Assists in organizing and cleaning of walk-in and reach-in storage units.
- Communicate any problems and/or concerns to the Sous Chef without delay.
- Other duties assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.
- Cook to order items such as Mongolian grill, omelets, and steaks
- Deliver stellar customer service
- Complying with all local and Federal Food Safety Regulations and procedures
Salary : $17 - $21
