Reports To
This position reports directly to Feast Your Eyes’ Logistics Manager and interfaces regularly with the members of the senior sales, events, and culinary teams.
Role Overview
This role supports Feast Your Eyes’ warehouse, logistics, and event operations. You’ll help keep our commissary kitchen, equipment, and vehicles running smoothly while ensuring events are packed, delivered, and set up with care. A steady, solutions-oriented approach is essential. This job focuses on: maintaining organization and efficiency in the warehouse, making sure event orders are properly packed and delivered, ensuring equipment and party items are properly returned and organized in the warehouse, and delivering catered and takeout orders and setting up when necessary. This is not a job like at an Amazon Warehouse Associate.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate deliveries, inventory, and warehouse workflow for all events.
- Receive, organize, pack, and stage event materials.
- Load and unload trucks/vans and assist with deliveries to venues and clients.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper restocking after events.
- Support event setup, event layouts, food station prep, and post-event breakdown.
- Keep warehouse spaces clean, organized, and optimized.
- Communicate clearly with sales, culinary, and logistics teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely drive trucks/vans with a driving record required.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, positive communication with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or event support preferred.
- Hospitality or catering experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical event/warehouse work.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and on uneven terrain.
Compensation
- Hourly rate starting at $20/hour
