What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at Feast Market & Café?
Retail sales associates at Feast are the ambassadors for our specialty goods and aim to give our community exceptional customer service through ringing orders, making product recommendations, and creating a unique atmosphere of hospitality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurate ringing through Square register and Lunch Order taking
- Bags groceries efficiently and neatly
- Assists in full store restock along with the support of other retail associates based on the manager's plan of day
- Communicates with other staff when support is needed
- Records customer requests, problematic barcodes, and register issues to Retail Manager
- Completes all tasks according to current checklists
- Offers friendly and helpful customer service
- Guides customers through the dining and shopping process at Feast!
Part-time position at 20-30 hours weekly. Must have Saturday availability.
