Our founder holds a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, and our signature “Preschool in the Pool” method is at the heart of everything we do. We don't just teach swimming; we build confidence and safety habits through play and patience. Qualifications * Certification (Required): Must hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. * WSI Certification (Optional/Plus): Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is highly preferred but not required. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in swim instruction and lifeguarding. * Party Experience: Proven experience lifeguarding for private pool parties/events. * Licensing: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various client locations. * Availability: Must be available for weekday daytime shifts (Monday–Friday).
