What You’ll Do
As part of the Fearless HR team, you’ll support our restaurant teams and managers while gaining hands-on experience in every major area of HR.
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Support new hire paperwork and onboarding
- Help create a welcoming, organized first experience for new team members
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and digital files
- Assist with new hire processing and employee changes
Employee Experience
- Serve as a friendly first point of contact for team member questions
- Assist with employee communications
- Support recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and company events
Learning & Development
- Gain experience in training coordination, compliance, and employee relations
- Learn best practices for supporting multi-unit restaurant teams
Who You Are
- A recent graduate or someone excited to start a career in Human Resources
- Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- Strong communicator with a natural hospitality mindset
- Detail-oriented and respectful of confidentiality
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, HR systems a plus)
