Fear Factory is now hiring for our Guest Safety Team for the Halloween season! We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to help create a safe, fun, and positive experience for our guests.
This is not a traditional security position. Our Safety Team focuses heavily on guest interaction, customer service, crowd flow, and helping ensure everyone has an amazing night at Fear Factory.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting and interacting with guests
- Monitoring attraction flow and guest safety
- Helping manage lines and crowd movement
- Responding to guest concerns professionally
- Supporting team communication throughout the event
- Creating a welcoming and positive environment
