About the position:
This position is located at the Outdoor Recreation Center on F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming.
This position is considered Flexible. The position is guaranteed zero hours, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. You may be required to work some nights, weekends and holidays. As a flexible employee, you are not eligible for leave or benefits.
The starting pay for this position is $15.00/hour.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

No experience is required. However, practical knowledge of recreational activities, rules and procedures, and the ability to safeguard and handle cash and skills in the use and maintenance of various recreational equipment and facilities are desirable.

- Must be able to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Sets up recreation areas for scheduled activities; records attendance.
- Takes reservations and payment for trips and tours.
- Notifies participants of schedule changes.
- Arranges for equipment or tools, charging them out to participants, and checking them for condition upon their return.
- Decorates community, neighborhood, or recreation centers for special events, activities, or parties.
- Strings tennis or volleyball nets, lines base lines and base paths, sets up batting cages.
- Checks the established safety system of indoor and outdoor recreation facilities and ares, tools, and equipment.
- Posts announcements of scheduled activities and answers inquiries about item, place, transportation, or other matters related to activities scheduled.
- Takes inventory of authorized recreation supplies and equipment, and helps with group activities which require more than one staff monitor, performing specifically assigned tasks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
