Job Description
We're looking for a hardworking, reliable laborer to join our commodity transfer team. This is a hands-on role — you'll operate equipment when needed, but you'll also be expected to pitch in on general labor, cleanup, maintenance, and whatever else the job calls for that day. If you think certain tasks are "beneath you," this isn't the right fit. If you take pride in doing whatever it takes to get the job done, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Operate loaders, skid steer, or other equipment as needed (training provided if you're willing to learn)
- Load, unload, and transfer commodities safely and efficiently
- General labor: cleaning, organizing, basic maintenance, and site upkeep
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Work alongside the lead operator and take direction well
- Be flexible — tasks can change day to day depending on what's needed
Requirements
- Physically able to perform manual labor (lifting, standing, working outdoors in varying weather)
- Willingness to learn equipment operation if not already experienced
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong work ethic — no task too big or small
- Prior experience with heavy equipment, forklifts, or ag/commodity handling a plus but not required
