Commercial transportation/trucking insurance agency seeking experienced full time customer service representative. A Pennsylvania P&C insurance license will be required for this position although we will consider training the right individuals to meet this requirement. Must be organized, self motivated and enjoy solving problems. A strong knowledge of Excel is required. Pay will coincide with experience.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
