What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Inspect the documentation of incoming products to ensure that they meet required quality standards and purchase order terms according to established procedures
- Review all documentation received to populate information relevant to the inventory and certification
- Identify and communicate non-confirming documentation and processes independently and in alignment with others if needed
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of materials and products
- Project work centered around quality and/or operations relevant subjects to support a fast-growing business, such as claim and supplier management
- Launch and present corrective and preventative actions by applying tools at industry standard
- Scan documents for importing into the ERP
- Follow all safety procedure to ensure a safe working environment
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality, operations, or within a specialized quality management area
- Familiarity with quality standards, specifications, and regulations relevant to Aerospace distribution
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and with other departments
- Familiarity with AS9120 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Familiarity with ERP systems

- Ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances
- Must be fluent in English and send CV in English
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.

- 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
