ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital Media Specialist is an integral member of the Marketing team responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, traffic, sales, and business growth.
This role supports a broad range of marketing functions, including digital advertising, retail marketing initiatives, campaign management, vendor and agency coordination, reporting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. A primary focus of the position is supporting paid digital media efforts across Google, Meta, Search, Online Video (OLV), and programmatic CTV/OTT channels while helping ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and vendors, the Digital Media Specialist helps manage marketing initiatives from planning through post-campaign analysis, providing performance insights, operational support, and recommendations that contribute to overall marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing knowledge with analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering measurable results across multiple marketing channels.
Essential Functions
Education & Experience Requirements
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing, digital marketing, advertising, campaign operations, or related experience.
- Experience supporting digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Paid Search, Display, Video, or related channels.
- Experience with campaign setup, QA, asset trafficking, reporting, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, OLV, and programmatic media platforms.
- Experience supporting CTV/OTT campaigns and digital video advertising.
- Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience utilizing AI-powered marketing, reporting, content creation, or productivity tools to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Retail marketing experience.
- Experience working with marketing agencies and media vendors.
- Experience with email, SMS, CRM, and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with Canva Pro, creative asset management, and digital content coordination.
