What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service position at FCS?
We are a family-owned and operated plumbing company seeking a Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday from 7 AM-4 PM with 1 hour lunch everyday. We are looking for someone who is detailed oriented, with good communication skills, and accurate at data entry. We are looking to hire TODAY.
Job Description:
Communicate with Service Techs In Field
Answer & Relay Service Calls
Relay information to Operations Managers and Sales Managers regarding customer problems.
File Service Tickets
Assist in Various Office Areas
Scheduled On Call Capabilities
Requirements
Must have good retention and recall skills.
Previous Billing Experience (Construction Industry is a plus)
Positive attitude and problem solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to efficiently use Windows and Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
