Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support to the customer service team by assisting with administrative tasks.
- Utilize computer skills to input and update customer information accurately.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers to provide quality service.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office documents and files.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
An ability to multitask, organize and prioritize tasks is essential to succeed in this position. This is an on premises jobs in our Utica area office.
The hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (39 hour work week). Part time hours will be considered for the right candidate. There may be occasional opportunities for overtime.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
