Job Description
This is a full-time position requiring 60% clinical and 40% administrative responsibilities. As the Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership, developing policies, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Adult Outpatient CSB team
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Provide medical direction and oversight to team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Psychiatry
- Experience working in an outpatient setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
