What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor position at FCS Facility Services?
Responsibilities included but were not limited to:
- Utilizes a concrete surface cleaner and other pressure washing equipment to perform preventive maintenance, scheduled work, and complete service requests.
- Sprays sidewalks, stairs, parking lots, waste enclosures, parking garages
- Pressure washing
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of full-time related experience utilizing pressure-washing equipment
- Clean Background / Verification de antecedents.
- Valid IDs / Documentacion de Identificacion validos.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Vacuum all carpeting & spot clean as needed
- Extraction
- Stripping and Waxing
- Pressure Washing
Salary: $ 15.50 per hour.
Primary Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10 pm- 6 am, 40 hours per week.
