Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee a 6-bed residential treatment center (RTC) in the Castaic / Santa Clarita area. This role will work closely with the Clinical Director and is responsible for program operations, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
Qualifications
Experience
• Program Director, Administrator, Clinical Director, or Residential Director experience
• Experience in a 6-bed residential OR detox setting, larger facility experience okay
• Mental health experience preferred, co-occurring or SUD backgrounds acceptable
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and compliance requirements
Licensing & Certifications
• Active Program Administrator Certificate (PAC) from the California Department of Social Services
Location
• Must be local to Castaic / Santa Clarita / North LA County, or willing to commute daily; role is 100% on-site
Other Requirements
• Ability to start within 4 weeks (ASAP preferred)
• Experience working in a program certified by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS)
• On-call availability required
