5 years in IT operations, vendor management or IT procurement
Strong understanding of IT contracts, SaaS licensing, and MSP models
Familiarity with SAP, MES, industrial networking, and plant-floor technologies preferred
Experience in carve-outs or Private Equity backed environments is a major plus

What You'll Do
In This Highly Visible Role, You Will
- Build G-3 Chickadee's vendor governance model from scratch (scorecards, SLAs, QBRs, dashboards).
- Manage critical vendors across infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, SAP/ERP, MES, MSPs, and SaaS.
- Lead contract reviews, negotiations, renewals, and SOW development.
- Drive cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and financial reporting.
- Ensure vendor adherence to cybersecurity, compliance, and plant operational standards.
- Collaborate with Plant Ops, Supply Chain, EHS, R&D, and corporate leadership across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Support carve-out activities, SAP modernization, and new environment stand-up.
