The **Front Desk Representative** must possess complete knowledge of all features and amenities of the property in order to answer any question the guest might ask concerning hotel products, services and amenities. Must be knowledgeable about area restaurants, attractions, major businesses and other information about the surrounding area which may be of particular interest to the guest. Appearance must be neat and professional at all times.
