We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist with a background in geriatrics, orthopedics and sports medicine to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing personalized rehabilitation programs for patients and delivering, supervising and managing patient care plans. Candidates should be skilled in a variety of physical therapy modalities, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Discuss treatment options with patients and their families.
- Administer treatments to rehabilitate patients.
- Perform home visits when needed.
- Use equipment to provide services to patients in their homes.
- Provide care in various health care settings.
- Inform patients on how to achieve positive results through exercises and physical activity.
- Inform patients of their progress through the rehabilitation process.
Salary : $70 - $90
