About the Position
We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager / Project Engineer who will be responsible for both estimating projects and managing them once awarded. This role requires the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintain strong attention to detail, work with P&IDs and schematics, and follow up consistently in a fast-paced environment. A high level of technical proficiency is essential, along with the ability to learn and apply product and customer knowledge effectively.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals
- Manage all aspects of manufacturing projects, including engineering, purchasing, material control, quality, and installation
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within schedule requirements
- Review completed projects and utilize feedback and data to improve future performance
- Maintain effective communication across internal departments and with customers
- Contact customers prior to manufacturing to confirm requirements and alignment
- Operate independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
- Self-starter with a results-driven, proactive approach
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
- Stable work history
Preferred:
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or E-Drawings

- 5 years of relevant experience and/or an Associate degree or higher in an engineering-related discipline (equivalent technical experience will also be considered)
