The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of education principles to drive impactful training and development initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field required.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, organizational development, talent development, financial services, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects, programs, or teams, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate training and development initiatives that support organizational goals.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD)
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
- Other relevant certifications in learning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or talent management
