This individual will partner closely with leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to shape the future of member-focused products and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in the Information Technology field, or a related field required.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in functional product management
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience managing Product Managers and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience leading projects, programs, or teams, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
