First Community Credit Union is looking for a Senior Vice President (SVP) for our Real Estate Lending team, based out of our Copperfield headquarters (Northwest Houston). This individual will have responsibility for the entire mortgage lending team, with direct reports managing daily operations. The ideal candidate for this role will focus on expanding our lending footprint outside the Houston region. This mortgage professional should have experience in statewide originations with established connections in the major metro markets, Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. The SVP of Real Estate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing mortgage loan officers, while aiding them in the pursuit of market share. This position requires a Bachelor's degree, minimum of eight years of mortgage lending experience, and flexibility for travel.
