Position Overview

FCCR is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Garden City, Idaho. This is an in-office position responsible for handling inbound customer calls, building client profiles, processing compliance-related forms, and assisting transportation companies with DOT licensing and permit requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Full-Time Position
  • 90-Day Probationary Period
  • Formal Performance Review at the end of the 90-day probationary period

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist transportation companies and owner-operators with compliance-related inquiries
  • Build and maintain accurate client profiles within company systems
  • Complete licensing, permitting, and registration applications
  • Process DOT compliance forms and documentation
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Perform data entry and document management tasks
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up communications
  • Assist clients with updates, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of client requests
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Provide outstanding customer service while representing FCCR professionally

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning new software systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or call center experience
  • Experience with data entry and document processing
  • Familiarity with transportation, trucking, DOT compliance, licensing, permitting, or regulatory environments
  • Experience working with CRM systems or office management software
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus
  • Paralegal, business administration, accounting, or related coursework is beneficial

Work Environment

This is an on-site position located in Garden City, Idaho. Employees work closely with team members in a collaborative office environment while assisting transportation professionals across the country.
