Currently seeking an experienced professional to join our management team who will be responsible for supervising the Billing department. The Supervisor will be responsible for executing FCCI's insurance billing strategy and leading staff, operational activities and daily processing of work for the department to include quality control and audits.
What you will do:
- Answer complex customer and key agency inquiries through phone calls, emails and other written communications in a timely fashion.
- Provide business expertise and leadership on billing and systems process improvements and efficiencies. Partner with key stakeholders and IT to identify billing system needs, assists in defining business requirements and specifications; tracks, tests, trains and implements system upgrades as they are delivered.
- Lead specialty assignments and projects within the billing department.
- Manage tasks received via document management system, email, or telephone inquiries in a timely manner (per department standards).
- Maintain and update training procedures, assists in planning, testing and implementing of new processes. Develops and conducts departmental training and new employee training.
This position will be located in our Sarasota, FL home office and is hybrid eligible.

The salary range for this position is $62,419-$96,126 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
